Spark Dynamics is a comprehensive program designed to allow high school and college students to envision a realistic future based on their interests, education, motivation, commitment to their goals and lifestyle ambitions. Students hone their skills to create a plan of action designed to achieve their goals, including present and future education, networking, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Learning this process allows students to knowledgably re-evaluate their goals as their interests change throughout life.

High school DOES matter! As one student said “Before this class I thought everything would just fall into place. Now I realize that I have to make it happen, it won’t just work out by itself. So, what I do now will not only affect me for the rest of my life, it will also effect my children.”
Curriculum, classroom discussions, and academic projects can present themes that help students visualize their adult lives and understand the aftereffect of today’s choices. By identifying their goals, they can take courses that align with their ambitions.

Spark Dynamics helps the student focus on their interests, make educated decisions, and ultimately apply those decisions on the job and in their community. Once they come to see the importance of high school and what classes are needed to better prepare them to achieve their career goals, their motivation is ignited.
